MIDI in Legacy / Ableton

I’m not sure if this is the same issue expressed in the “Midi Out” topic, but I’m having trouble mapping MIDI in from Ableton to MiRack (using Legacy AU). Is it possible to send notes to modules via the Midi Input module? The Midi module doesn’t give me an IAC option, only “AUv3 Host,” even running the AU.

Yes, MIDI input should work without any additional configuration. The default “AUv3 Host” option is fine, so after creating a clip on miRack track in Ableton I can see notes coming.

Great - I got it working without a problem. Created an Ext. Instrument and dropped the FX AU after it. Thank you!
