I cannot purchase miRack for IOS in the Apps Store (Germany)

I wonder why miRack is not shown in the App Store on my IPAD (IOS 18).
can anybody help?

Same in France, any idea why ?

As of June 12, 2025, still not available in the German App Store. This appears to affect many users who are willing to purchase miRack, yet I couldn’t find any statement regarding this issue.
